This June, 4 teammates from the USA joined BeChained as interns.
Three are “buckeyes”, as they come from Ohio State University (Fisher College):
- Briana Keyser, student in Operations Management with a focus on Economics, Environment and Sustainability. She is helping us improve value added insights about economic and sustainable impact.
- Victoria Richards, student in Information technology and data science. She is helping us integrate better datasets and frontend. The impact is touchable on the improved visualisation for consumption and metrics. We count on her to ease the understanding process for the information, which boosts the UX and therefore the adoption of our solution.
- Luke Ettefagh, student in International Business, with an inclination to learn Spanish and expand focus on businesses and Spanish-speaking Countries. This international vision is helping us improve how to tackle new markets. Moreover, to look fro new opportunities and clients, as well as draw a new B2B sales strategies.
- Finally, the fourth talent who came along this summer, from University of Minneapolis, is Samuel Neal, student in Information Technology and Data Science. He is helping Bardia improve #ML algorithms for the frontend.
This is key to improve the efficiency (upload, show and elaborate) of data procesa mejorar la integración de algoritmos de #ML en nuestro frontend. Esto es fundamental para mejorar la eficiencia (cargar, enseñar y elaborar) del procesamiento de datos de flexibilidad.
We are very happy for how they are integrating within the existing team and their first outcomes. For us, this is a positive effect on the adoption of good practices to hire and retain young talents at BeChained.
