BeChained was awarded with a subsidy from IDAE (Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía) . This successful opportunity is under the “Nuevos modelos de negocio para la transición energética” innovation call.
This recognition highlights the strategic positioning on how industrial manufacturers benefit from energy flexibility.
Thus, BeChained will accelerate the automation of energy efficiency solutions in manufacturing environments. Demand-side energy flexibility will therefore unlock new revenue streams.
Our agentic AI platform enables industrial clients to control energy use in production. This then drives the participation in ancillary service markets. It will start with tertiary reserve (mFRR) in Spain. Optimizing energy consumption in real time will trigger a dynamic response to grid signals.
This milestone marks a key step in BeChained’s roadmap to expand across European markets. The demand-side flexibility is emerging as a critical asset in the energy transition.
BeChained empowers manufacturers to turn energy efficiency into a strategic advantage. It turns out to bridge the gap between industrial operations and energy markets. The benefit will be either economic and for environment.
We’re thrilled to continue leading the way in industrial decarbonization. Thank IDAE for supporting our vision of a smarter, more flexible energy future.
