Last week the German Energy Agency (Dena) invited us to Berlin to celebrate the Start Up Energy Transition Awards 2023 (#SET23) alongside other 14 finalists.
BeChained reached the podium (top3 startups) for the Industry category, alongside Heatrix (the winner, from Germany) and Rondo Energy (USA).

The week started with the pitch in front of a highly qualified jury, energy experts and investors (in a petit comité format).
The following day, we had the honor to pitch in front of large international audience from energy industry, investors, politics.
Moreover, we celebrated a round table with Q&A from the moderator (Felix Krause, Managing Partner of Vireo VC) and the audience about innovation in Industry.

The same evening, the ceremony took place, where politics and international experts awarded the best startups for each of the 5 categories. For Industry, the Innovation Ministry of South Korea was accountable for the price nominations.
